Sage Fresh Eats is seeking an experienced prep lead with some culinary experience to join our scratch kitchen team.

This position is unique in that it is a set, daytime schedule that focuses on bread production, baking, and extensive prep. This is a production/prep position. This is a daytime position with some flexibility in hours. This could be part time or full time (2-5 shifts per week), shifts approximately 6am-2pm.

We are looking for someone with strong knife skills, expert food safety skills, and significant prep experience. Experience working with bread/dough is a big plus but not required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independantly at a fast pace, oversee prep list, food storage & organization, and some training & coaching.

You must be stable, reliable, be able to work with others, self motivated to work at a quick pace, and able to work on your feet all day in a busy kitchen. Effective interpersonal skills are of utmost importance. Reliability and consistency are key.

Starting pay DOE, but generally $16-$20/hr plus full tip pool, landing at $21-$26/hr .
